摘要
REIKA卡盘的控制与精确定位是一项综合性技术,需要数控机加、测量、计算机、自动控制等多学科领域的参与。在SINUMERIK 840D数控系统中,通过PLC的逻辑控制与NC数控机加编程的有力结合,既实现了REIKA卡盘的动作控制,保证加工节奏的快速性;又兼顾了其卡盘的精确定位,提高了设备安全性。
The control and accurate positioning of REIKA chuck is a comprehensive technology requiring such disciplines as numerical control( NC) machining,measurement,computer and automatic control. In the SINUMERIK 840 D computer numerical control( CNC) system,the motion control and accurate positioning of REIKA chuck could be realized to guarantee the fast machining rhythm and improve the safety of equipment through the powerful combination of logic control of programmable logic controller( PLC) and NC machining programming.
