摘要
采用不同的晶粒细化工艺,分析不同变质剂保温时间处理后6008铝合金铸锭的微观组织和晶粒度。研究结果表明,在其他工艺条件相同的情况下,在线添加Al-Ti-B变质剂与保温60min后相比,6008铝合金铸造组织枝晶网格更密集,晶粒更细小,晶粒细化效果更好。Al-Ti-B变质剂在熔体中保温60min后,伴随着Al_3Ti和TiB_2聚集、沉淀和Al_3Ti的熔解,变质剂产生失效,对晶粒细化起到的作用很小。
Different grain refinement processes are used to analyze the microstructure and grain size of 6008 aluminum alloy ingots after treatment with different modifiers. The results of the study show that the dendrite of the cast microstructure of 6008 aluminum alloy are denser and more crystalline than those obtained after the Al-Ti-B modifier is added on-line in the aluminum melt for 60 minutes under the same process conditions. After the Al-Ti-B modifier is kept in the melt for 60 minutes, the Al_3Ti and TiB_2 aggregated, precipitated, and the Al_3Ti melted, and the modifiers failed. The grain refinement played a minor role.
