物理康复手段联合喜疗妥对再植手指功能恢复的影响观察

摘要
目的:探讨应用物理康复手段联合喜疗妥治疗再植手指术后患者,观察其对患者手指功能恢复的影响。方法:选取本院于2015年2月-2017年3月收治的再植手指术后患者共40例,随机分为两组,每组各20例。对照组采用物理康复治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上应用喜疗妥,疗程结束后比较两组患者治疗后断指功能恢复优良率、再植功能康复评定分值,并记录其安全性、局部肿胀程度、疼痛以及患者依从性情况。结果:研究组与对照组治疗再植手指术后患者均能起效,研究组临床优良率为85.00%,对照组为50.00%,研究组优良率高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组再植功能康复评定分值高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组局部肿胀程度、疼痛以及患者依从性情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用物理康复手段联合喜疗妥治疗再植手指术后患者,疗效显著,再植手指的功能有效改善,值得进一步推广使用。
Objective:To explore the effect of physical rehabilitation on Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream after finger replantation.Method:A total of 40 patients underwent replantation in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in the control group.The control group was given physical rehabilitation,the study group based on control group was given the application of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream treatment.After the end of treatment,excellent index finger recovery rate, functional rehabilitation score score, and recorded its safety, local swelling,pain and patients' compliance of two groups were compared.Result:The study group and the control group were able to take effect after the replantation of the finger.The clinical excellent rate was 85.00% in the study group and 50.00% in the control group.The excellent and good rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation assessment of replantation function scores in the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the degree of local swelling,pain and patients' compliance,the study group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Physiotherapy and hippocampus combined with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream treatment of patients after replantation of finger,the curative effect is obvious,the function of replantation finger is effectively improved,and it is worth further promotion and use.
