IL-35在类风湿关节炎中抗炎促炎作用及与疾病指标的关系

<正>白细胞介素(IL)-35是最近新发现的细胞因子,属于IL-12细胞因子家族,近年来最新研究发现,IL-35的表达与类风湿关节炎(RA)的发生、发展具有密切联系。本综述重点阐述IL-35的组成,在RA中的抗炎、促炎作用及与疾病指标的关系。
