摘要
针对薄规格酸洗板频发的表面麻点问题,从钢种自身氧化特性角度出发,通过不同成分的配比,跟踪实际生产热卷的表面状态,探讨化学成分对表面质量的影响。利用热重模拟、扫描电镜分析和现场跟踪发现,原钢种不具有明显的抗氧化特性,热轧过程中铁皮整体较厚;当钢中添加Si-Cr元素后,钢种抗氧化性明显提高,在1 100℃左右在界面可形成厚度为16μm的致密氧化膜,有效降低了精轧入口处的铁皮厚度,但由于致密氧化膜的存在,热轧除鳞效果有所降低,易于形成条带状铁皮形貌;当钢中复合添加Si-Cr-P元素后,P元素的存在可显著改善致密氧化膜的除鳞特性,表面质量明显提高。
        In view of the frequent surface pitting problem of thin hot rolled pickled sheet,the surface quality of the actual production was traced through the ratio of different components,and the influence of chemical composition on the surface quality was discussed.Using the thermogravimetric simulation,scanning electron microscope analysis and actual tracking,it is found that the original steel does not have obvious antioxidant properties,and the scale is thicker during hot rolling.When Si-Cr element is added to the steel,the oxidation resistance of steel is obviously improved,and the interface can form a 16μm thickness interface dense oxide layer at 1 100℃ before inlet temperature of finishing rolling.The oxide film can effectively reduce the thickness of the scale at the entrance of the finishing rolling,but due to the presence of the dense oxide layer,the effect of the hot rolled descaling is reduced,and the shape of the strip scale is easily formed.When the Si-Cr-P element is added to the steel,the presence of the P element can significantly improve the descaling characteristics of the steel,and the surface quality is obviously improved.
