型钢混凝土叠合梁底部预制构件静力性能试验研究

摘要
为了充分发挥预制装配式型钢混凝土梁预制部分的力学性能,对6根矩形截面型钢混凝土叠合梁底部预制构件进行了静力试验,分析其破坏过程、荷载-挠度曲线、型钢和混凝土的应变,研究混凝土强度、剪跨比和型钢类型对底部预制构件延性和承载力的影响。试验结果表明:剪跨比对试件梁破坏形态和承载力影响较大;混凝土强度对试件梁的延性和承载力影响较小;配置蜂窝钢的试件承载力显著提高,但延性较差;对两根受弯破坏试件进行截面受弯承载力分析,其计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
        In order to bring out the potential in mechanical properties of precast members of prefabricated steel reinforced concrete.Static tests were carried out on the bottom of six rectangular section precast members of prefabricated steel reinforced concrete beams in the paper. The process of failure,load-deflection curve,the steel and concrete strain were analyzed.The effects of concrete strength, shear-span ratio and shaped-steel type on ductility and bearing capacity of prefabricated component were investigated. The test results showed that the shear-span ratio had a great influence on the failure mode and bearing capacity of the specimens. The strength of concrete had little influence on ductility and bearing capacity of the specimens.The bearing capacity of specimens made of cellular steel was significantly improved, but the ductility was poor.Finally, the corresponding sectional flexural capacity analysis was conducted, and the results obtained from the formulas agreed well with those from the experiments.
