摘要
目的研究不同来源香港海鸥形菌(Laribacter hongkongensis,LH)的耐药特性及相关耐药基因的检出情况。方法选取腹泻患者分离及淡水鱼肠道分离的共26株LH,用K-B法进行19种抗菌药物的药敏试验;并采用PCR技术筛查菌株β-内酰胺类、整合子及四环素类耐药基因的携带情况。结果 26株香港海鸥形菌对19种常用抗菌药物中的10种表现出不同程度的耐药现象。LH对青霉素类、第二代及第三代头孢类抗菌药物的耐药率较高,均在42.0%以上,尤其是对青霉素和头孢哌酮的耐药率达100.0%。人来源菌株与鱼来源菌株的耐药率相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。26株LH检出ampC基因阳性菌株26株(100.0%),1株(3.8%)携带tetA基因,3株(11.5%)携带CTX-M-9基因,6株(23.1%)携带intⅠ型整合子基因。结论香港海鸥型菌对青霉素类和头孢类药物呈普遍耐药,并常携带CTX-M-9型超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)基因和intⅠ型整合子基因。
        Objective To study the drug resistance and antibiotic-resistant genes of Laribacter hongkongensis(LH) from different sources. Methods Kerby-Bauer method was used to detect the drug sensitivity of 26 strains of LH from human patients with community-acquired gastroenteritis and freshwater fish. The antibiotic-resistant genes were amplified by PCR. Results The results showed that LH strains had different resistance to 10 kinds of 19 antibacterial drugs. LH strains had high levels resistance to penicillins, 2~(ed) and 3~(rd) cephalosporin, the rates were more than 42.0%. The resistance rates of it to penicillin and cefoperazone were 100.0%. There was no statistical significance on the difference in the drug resistance rate of strains from human patients and freshwater fish(P<0.05). The positive rate of ampC gene was 100.0% in 26 LH strains. 1(3.8%) strain carried tetA gene, 3(11.5%) strains carried CTX-M-9 gene, and 6(23.1%) strains carried class Ⅰ integron gene. Conclusion LH strains is generally resistant to penicillins and cephalosporin, and usually carries CTX-M-9 ESBLs gene and class Ⅰ integron gene.
