摘要
通过对中科院昆明植物所植物标本数据库进行藏药的相关资料收集并整理,得出1086种藏药植物。用ACCESS软件对藏药中文名进行匹配,添加藏药的拉丁文名,用拉丁文名与中国植物标本进行匹配,添加各藏药的分布地区及经纬度数据,得出藏药植物在中国有110489个分布点。再将对应的经纬度信息导入ArcMap,在中国地图上得出藏药的分布特征。总结了近年来关于藏药在中国分布的文献研究,主要集中在文献及实地调查研究,没有关于运用GIS分析的相关文献研究,运用GIS可以系统直观的展现出藏药植物在中国的分布,对藏药研究资源的考察很有利。
Through collecting and sorting out the related data of Tibetan medicine from the plant specimen database of Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, 1086 species of Tibetan medicine plants were obtained. The Chinese names of Tibetan medicines were matched with ACCESS software, and the Latin names of Tibetan medicines were added. The Latin names were matched with the Chinese plant specimen records. The data of distributions, longitude and latitude of Tibetan medicines were added. The results showed that there were 11 489 distribution points of Tibetan medicinal plants in China. Then the corresponding longitude and latitude information is imported into ArcMap, and the distribution characteristics of Tibetan medicine are obtained on the map of China. This paper summarizes the literature research on the distribution of Tibetan medicines in China in recent years, mainly focusing on literature and field investigation. There is no literature research on the use of GIS analysis. The use of GIS can show the distribution of Tibetan medicinal plants in China intuitively and systematically, which will be beneficial to the investigation of Tibetan medicinal research resources.
