老年综合评估的临床应用及研究进展
摘要
老年综合评估是现代老年医学的一项核心技术,以跨学科多维度的诊断过程,全面关注老年人健康和功能状态的问题为特点,从医学问题、躯体和认知功能、心理状态和社会支持等多维度对老年病人进行全面的评估和干预。作为老年医学研究中的一种全面有效的评估手段,在不同医疗机构中应用的有效性也得到越来越多的研究证实。
