摘要
为保证液硫泵的正常运转、整套硫磺回收装置的平稳生产,通过对液硫泵进行事故树分析,得出液硫泵失效原因。结合现场液硫泵的使用实际,从泵体失效、轴承失效和密封失效等三个方面分析原因,并提出了相应的优化措施。
        In order to guarantee the normal operation of the submerged pump translated liquid sulphur and the smooth production of the whole set of sulfur recovery equipment,this paper analyzed the failure reason of submerged pump by fault tree analysis,and the minimum cut set is obtained by Boolean algebra method,and the control direction is proposed to reduce the possibility of the liquid sulfur pump.Combined with the practical application of liquid sulfur pump in the field,the reasons for pump body failure,bearing failure and seal failure were analyzed,and corresponding optimization measures were proposed.
