激光跟踪仪滑轨测量精度分析

摘要
激光跟踪仪具有测量精度高、实时快速、动态测量、便于移动等优点,大量应用于精密制造、装配及检测等工业测量和精密工程测量领域。为了验证其在滑轨测量中的精度,运用Leica TM30全站仪和FARO激光跟踪仪对某大学多功能船模拖拽水池试验场地基准桩进行了测量,比对其调轨精度,验证了激光跟踪仪滑轨测量平面精度可达到0.5 mm,说明了激光跟踪仪在高精度滑轨测量中是可行的。
        Laser tracker has many advantages,such as high measurement accuracy,real-time,fast,dynamic measurement,easy to move,etc. It is widely used in industrial measurement and precision engineering measurement fields such as precision manufacturing,assembly and testing. In order to verify its accuracy in sliding track measurement,Leica TM30 Total Station and FARO Laser Tracker are used to measure the foundation reference piles of a multi-functional ship model towing tank test site in a university. By comparing the track adjustment accuracy,it is verified that the planar accuracy of the laser tracker sliding track measurement can reach 0. 5 mm,which shows that the laser tracker can achieve high precision sliding. It is feasible to measure the track.
