早期康复护理在人工髋关节置换术中的应用效果和患者满意度观察

摘要
目的对人工髋关节置换术患者应用早期康复护理的效果及患者的满意度评价进行探讨。方法方便选取2015年8月—2018年2月进入该院因单侧股骨头缺血坏死接受全髋关节置换手术的患者共102例,将其随机均分并设组,实施早期康复护理干预和常规干预,分别为观察组和对照组,每组51例患者。结果采用视觉模拟评分法评估患者术后疼痛程度,观察组术后24、48 h的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。采用欧洲五维健康量表(EQ-5D)评价患者术后生活质量,观察组术后6个月的生活质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理满意度评价方面,对照组和观察组分别为80.39%、96.08%(P<0.05)。结论临床采用全髋关节置换术治疗单侧股骨头坏死的同时,配合早期康复护理干预模式,可有效缓解患者术后疼痛,增进手术疗效,改善预后,且护理方案取得了较高的满意度评价。
Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing and the evaluation of patient satisfaction in patients undergoing artificial hip joint replacement. Methods Convenient select a total of 102 patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty for unilateral femoral head necrosis were enrolled in our hospital from August 2015 to February 2018. They were randomly assigned and grouped to implement early rehabilitation nursing intervention and routine interventions as the observation group and control group, with 51 patients in each group. Results The degree of postoperative pain was evaluated by visual analog scale. The VAS scores of the observation group at 24 h and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The postoperative quality of life was evaluated by the European Five-Dimensional Health Scale(EQ-5 D). The quality of life of the observation group at 6 months after surgery was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). In terms of nursing satisfaction evaluation, the control group and the observation group were 80.39% and96.08%(P<0.05). Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty for the treatment of unilateral femoral head necrosis, combined with early rehabilitation nursing intervention mode, can effectively alleviate postoperative pain, improve surgical outcome, improve prognosis, and achieve a high satisfaction evaluation of the nursing program.
