积极心理学视角下地方高校大学生就业能力提升研究

摘要
积极心理学倡导积极的价值取向为地方高校大学生就业教育工作提供了有益的启示。新时代地方高校应教育引导学生增强积极的情绪体验,培养积极的心理品质,提升大学生事务型心理资本水平,进而提高学生计划组织能力、问题解决能力和自我管理能力;塑造学生谦虚沉稳、感恩奉献、礼让宽容等积极人格特质,提升学生人际型心理资本水平,进而提高学生团结合作能力和沟通能力;构建学校、家庭和社会联动的就业支持系统,营造积极就业社会环境,从而提升地方高校大学生就业能力。
Positive psychology advocates positive value orientation, which provides beneficial enlightenment for local college students' employment education career. In the new era, local colleges and universities should educate and guide to enhance positive emotional experience, cultivate positive psychological quality, improve the level of university students' transactional psychological capital, so as to improve students' ability to plan, solve problems and self-management; Through mental health education, theme class meetings, education and training activities and other educational activities to shape students' positive and temperament, such as modesty, composure, gratitude, dedication, courtesy and tolerance, so as to enhance students' interpersonal psychological capital level,and thus improve students' ability of unity and cooperation and communication. We will build an employment support system linked by schools, families and society to create a positive employment social environment so as to enhance the employment capacity of local college students.
