镇江市家庭医生签约服务现况分析

摘要
运用相关统计数据,研究近年镇江市开展家庭医生签约服务的状况,分析服务的效果及存在的问题。镇江市家庭医生签约服务中存在签约服务有效利用率不高、家庭医生人才匮乏、签约配套政策不完善以及相关激励机制不健全等问题。建议进一步明确家庭医生签约服务制度的功能定位、增强制度对居民参与签约服务的吸引力、加强社区家庭医生的培养、完善签约服务相关配套政策及健全激励机制,进一步推进和完善家庭医生签约服务制度。
Based on the relevant statistics, we studied the status of family doctor's contract service in Zhenjiang in recent years, and analyzed the implementation effect and existing problems. Family doctor's contract service of Zhenjiang exists problems such as unefficient utilization, lack of talents, imperfect supporting policies and incomplete incentive mechanism. It is suggested to further clarify the function orientation of contract service system, enhance the attraction of contract service, strengthen the construction of family doctor team, perfect the supporting policies and improve the incentive mechanism, thereby further promote and perfect the system of family doctor's contract service.
