摘要
采用Realizable k-ε湍流模型对狭缝阵列射流状态进行数值模拟,并通过试验研究狭缝阵列射流规律,将计算结果与试验结果进行比较分析。研究结果表明:吸风口将对狭缝射流速度方向产生偏移影响,射流距离超过100 mm后速度衰减显著增大,狭缝阵列平均射流速度计算值与试验值偏差较小。
The Realizable k-ε turbulent flow model is used to simulate the jet state of the slit array,and the jet flow law of the slit array is studied experimentally. The calculation results are compared with the experimental results. The results show that the suction port will have an offset effect on the direction of the jet velocity of the slit. The velocity attenuation increases significantly after the jet distance exceeds 100 mm. The calculated value of the average jet velocity of the slit array is less than the experimental value.
