摘要
为解决煤炭制样粉碎过程中存在煤样压片、筛板堵塞、制粉机内易残留的问题,开发1种用于煤炭制样中的气悬切割式制粉机,采用无筛网、立式、高转速切割设计以避免煤样压片和筛板堵塞的问题,煤样在高转速、立式切割过程中自上而下在气流中切割以解决传统制粉机内易残留的问题。为验证新开发的气悬切割式制粉机的可行性,依据相关国标对其进行0.2mm过筛率试验、煤样回收率试验以及与国家标准制样方法对比的可替代性试验,结合准确度和精密度分析可知:其0.2mm过筛率可达100%,回收率平均控制在99%以上;与国标煤炭制样方法的对比试验表明,该制粉机的性能满足国家标准的准确度和精密度要求,可应用于全自动制样系统中。
        In order to solve the problems of crushing the thin piece,blockage of sieve plates,residue in crushers in the crushing process of coal sample preparation,a type of air suspension cutting powder preparation machine used for coal sample preparation was developed,the design of non-sieve screen,vertical and high speed cutting was adopted to avoid crushing the thin piece and blockage of sieve plate,and in the process of high speed and vertical cutting,coal sample was cut from top to bottom in the airflow,the problem of easy residue in traditional powder preparation machine was solved.In order to test the feasibility of the air suspension cutting powder preparation machine,on the basis of relative national standards,the 0.2 mm screening test,the recovery rate of coal sample test and alternative trials compared with national standard sample preparation method were done,and combining with the accuracy and precision analysis we can see that:the screening rate of 0.2 mm could reach 100%,the recovery rate was basically controlled over 99%;through the substitutability test with the national standard method,it was shown that the powder preparation machine could meet the requirements of accuracy and precision of national standard,it could be applied to the automatic sample preparation system.
