摘要
主要介绍了沥青混凝土摊铺机作业质量主要评价指标——平整度和压实度。考虑到作业参数对它的影响具有非线性和不确定性,所以提出了一种模糊控制方案,并对方案进行了仿真分析。结果表明该方案具有良好的摊铺性能,对摊铺作业参数能够进行实时控制,使沥青混凝土摊铺机处于最佳工作状态。
Mainly introduced the main evaluation indicators of asphalt concrete paver operation quality-flatness and compaction.Considering that the influence of the operating parameters on it has nonlinearity and uncertainty,a fuzzy control scheme is proposed and the scheme is simulated.The results show that the scheme has good paving performance and can contro the paving operation parameters in real time,so that the asphal concrete paver is in the best working condition.
