城乡交错带规划管理问题的国际经验及对我国的启示

摘要
城乡交错带是城市和乡村的连接部位,是城市扩展与建设的"前缘带",同时也是乡村城镇化的"先导区"。随着经济的迅速发展和城市化进程的进一步加快,城乡交错带的规划与管理问题日益突出。城乡交错带具有完整独立、复杂多样、边缘过渡的特点,针对我国城乡交错带存在的问题,总结国外城乡交错带规划管理经验,以期为我国城乡交错带的规划管理提供借鉴,促进城乡一体化和可持续发展。
As the connection area of urban and rural, urban-rural ecotone are the frontier area of urban expansion and rural urbanization. With rapid urbanization, more and more problems on urban-rural ecotone are arising in the process of planning and management. The urban-rural ecotone has the characteristics of integrity and independence, complexity and diversity, marginality and transitivity. Based on the practice of China, the planning and management experiences and lessons of urban-rural ecotone from different counties are summarized in order to provide reference for China to achieve urban and rural integration and sustainable development.
