摘要
研究利用微生物发酵技术对新疆区经济作物葵花和籽用南瓜的副产物进行处理,测定其营养价值的变化。将葵花盘和籽用南瓜按照干物质基础1:1比例混合,加入其他辅料和菌剂,发酵60 d后进行营养价值评定。结果显示,其发酵后的混合物色泽、气味和质地都有明显的改善。葵花和籽用南瓜的副产物营养价值的变化表明其可作为家畜资源予以利用。
