摘要
以寺家庄矿高突松软低渗煤层为研究背景,揭示了掘进面前方煤体分区特征与水力冲孔应力分布、渗透率演化特征关系,结合"以岩保煤"瓦斯治理措施,在瓦斯解析指标K1值频繁超标条件下,在底抽巷施工超前水力冲孔进行现场试验。结果表明,底抽巷超前水力冲孔能够在短时间内大幅度提高瓦斯抽采量,降低煤巷掘进面前方瓦斯压力梯度,瓦斯解析指标超标率下降37.7个百分点,煤巷月进尺提高0.8倍,达到了快速、安全掘进的目的。
        Taking the high outburst soft and low permeability of Sijiazhuang mine as the study background,the relationship between the partition characteristics of the coal body in front of the excavating working face and the stress distribution and permeability evolution of the hydraulic punching is analyzed.Based on the gas government measures of " protecting coal with rocks",the advanced hydraulic punching is constructed in end-located drainage roadway,so as to conduct field test under the condition that the gas analysis index( K1) frequently exceeds some related standard indicators. The results show that the gas drainage volume can be increased significantly in short time and the gas pressure gradient in the front of the coal roadway can be reduced by adopting the advanced hydraulic punching technique,besides that,the rate of gas analysis index exceeding the standard can be reduced 37. 7 percentage points,the coal roadway excavating footage per month is 1. 8 times of the original monthly excavating footage,therefore,the goal of rapid and safe excavation is realized.
