临产孕妇凝血四项及血常规检测的临床价值分析

摘要
目的分析临产孕妇凝血四项及血常规检测的临床价值。方法选取我院收治的120例临产孕妇为观察组,选取120例非妊娠健康女性为对照组。对观察组临产孕妇和对照组非妊娠健康女性进行凝血四项与血常规检验,检验指标为:活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原、白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量等。对比并分析两组女性检测结果。结果相较于对照组,观察组PT、PBC、TT、HGB偏低,Fib、WBC偏高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对临产孕妇进行凝血四项与血常规检测有利于医护人员进行有针对性的干预护理,有效降低了母婴出现危险的情况。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of four items of blood coagulation and blood routine examination in pregnant women. Methods 120 cases of pregnant women in our hospital were selected as observation group, and the other 120 cases were selected as control group. The observation group and the control group of non pregnant women and blood coagulation four healthy pregnant women were tested. Test indicators: activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time, prothrombin time, fibrinogen, leukocyte count, erythrocyte count, hemoglobin content etc.. The results of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group of PT, PBC, TT, HGB low, Fib, WBC were significantly higher, the difference between groups was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The four items of blood coagulation and blood routine examination are helpful to the health care workers to carry out targeted nursing intervention, which can effectively reduce the risk of mother and infant.
