高寒环境下混凝土配合比设计技术研究

摘要
针对通天河特大桥所处的高海拔、高寒冻土等特殊环境,以及缺乏该环境下混凝土配合比数据等问题,对混凝土的配合比进行了初步设计,对比研究了掺入两种减水剂的混凝土在标准养护和室外养护下的强度、抗冻性,并对掺入两种减水剂下的净浆的孔结构进行了分析。结果表明:配制的早强型聚羧酸减水剂具有较好的低温早强效果,并能较好地改善试样内部孔结构,提高混凝土抗冻性。
        In view of the special environment of Tongtianhe Grand Bridge, such as high altitude, high-cold frozen soil, as well as problems like lack of concrete mix proportion data in this environment, the concrete mix proportion is preliminarily designed. The strength and frost resistance of concrete mixed with two kinds of water reducers under standard maintenance and outdoor maintenance are studied comparatively, and the pore structure of cement paste mixed with two kinds of water reducers is also analyzed. The results show that, the early-strength polycarboxylic acid water reducer has good effect of low temperature and early strength, which can improve the internal pore structure of the sample and enhance the frost resistance of concrete.
