摘要
为了满足油气输送管道对钢管止裂韧性的要求,采用超低C、低S、低P、无Mo或少量Mo以及Ni-Cr-Cu-Nb为主的合金设计体系和控轧控冷技术,开发出抗延性断裂的X80钢级Φ1 219 mm×33 mm厚壁直缝埋弧焊管。按照标准对该产品进行了夏比冲击性能、 DWTT性能检测。检测结果显示,钢管管体屈服强度为570~665 MPa,抗拉强度为640~746 MPa,焊接接头抗拉强度为655~740 MPa;-10℃条件下母材夏比冲击功平均值达380 J,焊缝夏比冲击功平均值达165 J,热影响区夏比冲击功平均值达283 J; 0℃条件下全壁厚DWTT试样剪切面积平均值>80%。各项性能试验结果表明,开发的钢管满足抗延性断裂的要求,同时具有优良的低温韧性。
        In order to meet the requirements of oil and gas transmission pipelines for crack arrest ability of steel pipes, the design of alloy component based on ultra-low C, low S, low P, no Mo or a small amount of Mo and main Ni-Cr-Cu-Nb and the technology of controlled roll and cool were used for developed of X80 steel grade Φ1 219 mm ×33 mm thick-walled straight submerged arc welded pipe with ductile fracture resistance. According to the standard, the Charpy impact performance and DWTT performance of the product were tested. The results showed that the yield strength of the pipe was 570~665 MPa,the tensile strength was 640~746 MPa, and the tensile strength of the welded joint was 655~740 MPa. The average Charpy impact energy of the base metal at 10 ℃ was 380 J, the average value of the Charpy impact energy of the weld was 165 J, the average value of the Charpy impact energy in the heat affected zone was 283 J, and the average shear area of full wall thickness DWTT sample at 0 ℃ was >80%. The test results show that the developed steel pipe meets the requirements of resistance to ductile fracture and has excellent low temperature toughness.
