摘要
为提高瓦斯抽采钻孔的抽采浓度,实现煤矿瓦斯回收利用,针对现有的"一体式囊袋两堵一注"封孔器漏气问题,对其工艺进行改进,设计出"两堵一注一排"封孔装置,并进行井上试验研究和井下工程试验,对比分析2种封孔器的抽采效果。结果显示:井上试验"两堵一注一排"新工艺注浆段密实,"一体式囊袋两堵一注"出现明显的空白段;井下在相同煤层条件下,"两堵一注一排"新工艺抽采90天平均瓦斯体积分数为75%,"一体式囊袋两堵一注"抽采瓦斯体积分数为55%。
        For the sake of increasing the extraction concentration of gas extraction drilling and achieving gas recovery and utilization of coal mine,the paper was aimed at improving the existing process of " onepiece bladder double plugging and one injection" plugging process. A new type of " two plugging,one injection and one discharge" was sealing device designed and made. Laboratory researches and downhole engineering experiments were conducted to compare and analyze the effects of the two types of plugging devices. The results show that the grouting section of the " two plugging,one injection and one discharge" new process in the in-hole experiment is dense,but there is an obvious blank section in the " integrated pouch double plugging and single injection",that under the same coal seam condition,the average gas volume fraction is 75% in 90 days with the new process of " two plugging,one injection and one discharge",but the volume fraction is 55% with the existing process.
