摘要
对940、1Cr18Ni9Ti、17-4PH和9Cr18不锈钢在含石英砂的3.5%(质量分数)氯化钠溶液中的阳极极化曲线、腐蚀磨损速率及在3.5%氯化钠溶液中的均匀腐蚀速率进行了对比研究。结果表明:940钢的电化学性能、耐腐蚀磨损性能、耐均匀腐蚀性能均优于或等同于其它试验钢的,其优异的耐腐蚀磨损性能源于其高的表面硬度与良好的钝化膜性能;其腐蚀磨损的主要机理是磨损,腐蚀可以忽略。
For the tested steels of 940.ICr18Ni9Ti,17-4 PH and 9Cr18 stainless steels,the anodicpolarization curves in 3.5wt%NaCl solution with quartz sands,erosion-corrosion rates and general corrosion rate in 3.5wt%NaCl solution were tested.The results show that the electrochemical properties,erosion-corrosion resistance and general corrosion resistance of 9 10 steel were better than those of others.The good erosion-corrosion of 940 steel was due to the high surface hardness and good property of passive film,and the main role of erosion corrosion was erosion,and the corrosion was could he ignored.
