金砖国家农业科技创新能力评价

摘要
以金砖国家为实证研究对象,全面、深入分析2001-2016年金砖五国农业科技创新能力的发展水平和变化特征。研究发现:金砖国家与农业科技强国的科技创新能力差距正逐年缩短,但在基础设施、人力资源、商业环境、生态可持续性、科技成果产出和农村生活水平等诸多方面,仍与农业科技强国存在较大差距。研究成果有望为金砖国家完善农业科技政策、提升农业科技创新能力提供科学有效的技术支撑。
In this paper,the national agricultural science,technology and innovation capability(NASTIC) of the BRICS countries in the period 2001-2016 was comprehensively evaluated,and the development level and change characteristics of NASTIC were deeply analyzed. The results indicated that the score gaps between BRICS countries and developed countries have been shrinking over time, but there were still large gaps in many aspects, such as agricultural infrastructure, human resources,business environment,ecological sustainability,technological achievements and rural living standards. This study is expected to provide scientific and effective technical supports for BRICS countries to enhance agricultural science, technology and innovation policies and improve NASTIC.
