赏识教育在血液净化室护生实习带教中的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨赏识教育在血液净化室护生实习带教中的应用效果。方法选择2017年6月~2018年6月在血液净化室实习的60名护生为观察组,将2016年6月~2017年5月在血液净化室实习的58名护生设为对照组。实习期间,观察组采用赏识教育进行实习带教,对照组按照常规的传统教学方法进行带教。实习结束后,比较分析运用不同带教方法后护生的理论、操作成绩及进行带教满意度测评。结果观察组护生实习出科理论成绩、操作技能成绩、对带教工作满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液净化室护生实习带教中运用赏识教育,可调动实习护生的学习积极性,有效提高教学质量和带教满意度。
        Objective To explore the effect of appreciation education in the teaching of nursing students in blood purification room. Methods 60 nursing students who studied in the blood purification room from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as observation group. 58 nursing students studied from June 2016 to May 2017 were included as a control group. During the internship period, the observation group was taught by appreciation education, and the control group was taught according to the conventional teaching methods. After the internship, the theoretical and operational scores of the two groups and the evaluation of the satisfaction of teaching were compared. Results The theoretical scores, operational skill scores, and satisfaction of teaching were higher in the observation group than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing practice teaching of the blood purification room, the appreciation education can adjust the enthusiasm of the nursing students, and effectively improve the teaching quality and teaching satisfaction.
