摘要
目的探讨焦虑症患者中整合护理模式的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在辽宁省兴城市复员军人康宁医院七病区就诊的40例患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组20例采取普通护理措施,试验组20例在对照组的基础上使用整合护理模式,比较两组入院时和出院时SAS与HAMA评分。结果两组患者入院时SAS与HAMA评分无差异(P>0.05),护理试验组SAS与HAMA评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对焦虑症患者采取整合护理模式,可以明显降低患者的焦虑状态,效果显著,值得推广。
        Objective To study the anxiety in patients with the clinical effect of integrated care mode. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018 in liaoning xingcheng ex-serviceman corning hospital seven units of 40 patients, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, control group 20 cases of normal nursing measures, treatment group 20 cases in the control group on the basis of the use of integrated care model, compare the two groups on admission and discharge SAS with HAMA score. Results Two groups of patients admitted to hospital with SAS and HAMA score no difference(P >0.05), the nursing intervention group SAS and HAMA score is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Patients with anxiety disorders to integrate nursing mode, can obviously reduce the anxiety of patients condition, obvious effect, is worth promoting.
