野战方舱医院手术器械包重组

摘要
目的探讨适合野战方舱医院手术器械包的配置方式,满足野战条件下快速展开手术救治需求。方法根据野战方舱医院承担的手术救治范围和救治任务需求,针对手术器械箱组在实际野外训练保障中存在的不足,将手术器械进行归类分组,优化组合配置,选择灭菌有效期长、抗湿和密封性能好的一次性纸塑袋和医用无纺布两种相结合的方法进行包装,灭菌后储存于野战手术方舱内备用。结果手术器械优化组合配置包装后,野外条件下储存有效期延长到6个月,手术器械包能更好地满足野战紧急手术需求,既满足平时战备物资长期储存需求又利于战时物资的装载、转运与使用。结论在多次野外训练保障任务中,手术器械包优化重组应用,达到快捷高效、安全实用,紧急使用时无需现场临时组合配置、包装、灭菌,可即刻使用,提高野战伤员手术救治效率,适合野战或野外特殊条件下紧急手术救治。
Objective To explore the suitable configuration of the surgical instrument kit in the field hospital, so as to meet the needs of field operation and rapid surgical treatment. Methods According to the scope of operation and the demand of medical treatment, surgical instruments were categorized and optimized with an eye to their shortcomings in field training. And a combination of disposable paper kits with long-term sterilization, good sealing performance and moisture resistance and medical non-woven fabric were selected for the packaging of the surgical instruments and then stored in the field operation cabins after being sterilized. Results After the optimal configuration of surgical instruments and their packaging, the storage period in field conditions is prolonged to 6 months. The surgical instrument kits can better meet the needs of emergency operations in the fields, the long-term storage of combat readiness materials as well as the loading, transportation and use of wartime materials. Conclusion In many field training support missions, the optimization and reorganization of surgical instrument kits can achieve efficient, safe and practical emergency use without on-the-spot configuration, packaging and sterilization. Thus, the efficiency of surgical treatment of field wounded is improved. So it is suitable for emergency operation in special field or field conditions to adopt such configuration.
