摘要
采用耐碱玻璃纤维作为唯一因素的试验方法,其体积掺量变化范围取0~0.9%,对二次破碎的砖骨料混凝土立方体抗压强度fcu、轴心抗压强度fc、劈裂抗拉强度ft、静力弹性模量Ec、抗折强度ff、抗裂性、韧性随耐碱玻璃纤维掺量变化规律展开研究。结果表明:适量掺入耐碱玻璃纤维,可起"细微加强筋"作用,对砖骨料混凝土fcu和fc有提升作用,并可明显改善ft和ff;耐碱玻璃纤维掺入量越多,砖骨料混凝土Ec减小幅度越大,但可使韧性显著提高;适量掺入耐碱玻璃纤维,可提高砖骨料混凝土拉压比,降低弹强比,显著提高抗裂性能。因此,建议耐碱玻璃纤维掺量0.4%~0.5%,可使砖骨料混凝土工作性能达到最佳。
        With the volume fraction of alkali-resistant fiberglass as test method of the sole factor, the range of variation is 0-0.9%. The change law of compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, static elastic modulus, flexural strength, cracking resistance and toughness of the secondary crushing brick-aggregate concrete is studied with the different dosage of alkali-resistant fiberglass.The followings are the results. When blending proper alkali-resistant fiberglass, it can play a good role of "fine reinforcement", and improve the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the brick-aggregate concrete, and significantly improve its flexural strength.The addition of alkali-resistant fiberglass can reduce the elastic modulus of the brick-aggregate concrete, but can improve its toughness.The proper addition of alkali-resistant fiberglass can improve the tensile-compressive ratio,reduce the elastic-strength ratio and significantly improve the crack resistance of the brick-aggregate concrete. Therefore, when the volume of alkali resistant fiberglass is 0.4%-0.5%, the performance of the brick-aggregate concrete is the best.
