摘要

金属硬度是材料机械性能试验中最简单、最迅速的方法,是测定材料机械性能、机械加工工艺和检查产品质量的主要方法,测量金属硬度的常见方法有三种:测抗压入能力、测弹性硬度和测抗摩擦能力,金属洛氏硬度计采用的是测金属的抗压入能力方法,本文主要阐述依据相关规程对洛氏硬度计检定技巧及如何处理好在检定中遇见的故障问题。
        Metallic hardness is the simplest and fastest testing way of mechanical properties of materials,the primary method of measuring the mechanical properties of materials, machining process and checking product quality, there are three common methods for measuring metal hardness: measuring resistance to press-in capacity, measuring elastic hardness and measuring resistance to wear,measuring resistance to press-in capacity of metal is used in metallic rockwell hardness testing machines, this paper mainly expounds the skills of verification and treatment method of common breakdown problem for rockwell hardness testing machines during verification according to relevant regulations.
