摘要
混凝土泵送系统中活塞与缸筒内壁的接触力直接影响活塞的密封性以及活塞的摩擦磨损等性能,进而对整机的稳定性、可靠性有重大的影响。通过理论计算、有限元分析,对活塞工作过程进行受力分析,结果表明,活塞所受挤压力随着缸筒与活塞轴线夹角的增加,呈现逐渐增大的趋势。由于有限元分析更加接近实际工况,可对理论计算值进行系数修正。通过研究,得出修正系数λ为1.40~2.15。该修正系数的提出,可为后续利用最基本的理论分析方法解决复杂问题提供参考。
That inside a concrete pumping system a force comes out when the piston contacts with the cylinder's inside-wall,which would affect the piston's sealing function and the piston's function of friction and wear. This would further affect greatly stability and reliability of the whole machine. A finding,through theoretical analyses, and finite elements analyses, as well as stress analyses during the piston's operation,tells that squeezing force on the piston would increase along with increase of the included angle of the cylinder with the piston's axis, showing an ever increasing tendency. As the finite elements analysis does more approaching the actual working conditions, which can rectify the theoretical computation's value. Through studies it has got correction factor λ as1.40~2.15, which can provide a reference for solutions to complex questions through most basic theoretical analyses.
