山东省41所高校大学生无偿献血情况分析

摘要
目的分析2013—2017年山东省大学生无偿献血情况及发展趋势,为促进无偿献血工作提供参考依据。方法收集41所高校大学生各年度(2013—2017年)无偿献血资料,分析近5年大学生献血率的变化趋势,比较不同类型学校(公立vs民办,医学vs非医学)学生献血率的差异。结果大学生献血率由2013年的3.36%上升到2017年的6.56%(P<0.01),献血量由24 684 U增长到45 235 U,增幅为83.26%。各年度民办学校献血率(6.12%—17.22%)均显著高于公立学校(2.68%—4.47%,P<0.01),医学类院校献血率(13.66%—20.96%)高于非医学院校(2.70%—5.67%,P<0.01)。结论大学生是无偿献血的重要群体,有必要完善招募策略,改进宣教模式,提高大学生认知水平,促进无偿献血持续发展。
Objective To analyze the status of voluntary blood donation among college students and change trends in the past five years(2013—2017), and to provide scientific reference for voluntary blood donation work in Shandong. Methods The blood donation data of college students in the 41 universities were collected, change trends in the rate of blood donation between 2013 and 2017 were examined; difference in the rate of blood donation between different types of universities(public vs. private universities; medical vs. non-medical universities) were also examined. Results The rate of blood donation among college students increased from 3.36% in 2013 to 6.56% in 2017(P<0.01). The volume of blood donation increased from 24 684 U in 2013 to 45 235 U in 2017 with a rate of 83.26%. In the past five years, college students from private universities had a higher rate of blood donation than those from public universities(6.12%—17.22% vs. 2.68%—4.47%, P<0.01), similarly, college students from medical universities had a higher rate of blood donation than those from non-medical universities(13.66%—20.96% vs. 2.70%—5.67%, P<0.01). Conclusion College students constitute an important force for voluntary blood donation in Shandong. To maintain a long-term practice of voluntary blood donation,it is necessary to improve the recruitment strategies, patterns of knowledge promotion and education to achieve further improvement in the cognition of voluntary blood donation.
