摘要

以"僵尸企业"退出机制为切入点,介绍了焦作市经济社会发展现状尤其是企业整体发展现状,深入探讨了焦作市在企业退出中遇到的思想过于保守、市场门槛较多、债务难以消化等问题和困难,提出了加强政策宣传、充分解放思想、政府适当干预、解决遗留问题、理顺市场机制、化解负面影响等科学有效的企业退出机制与优化策略,有利于企业高质量更快发展,从而进一步推动经济社会良性高速发展。
        Taking the exit mechanism of zombie enterprises as the breakthrough point, this paper introduces the present situation of economic and social development of Jiaozuo City, especially the overall development of enterprises. It probes into the problems and difficulties encountered in the exit of enterprises, and puts forward a scientific and effective exit mechanism and optimal strategy for enterprises, so as to make the enterprises achieve high-quality and faster development in Jiaozuo City.
