京津冀地区节能减排绩效与经济效益协调性测度研究

摘要

首先分析了节能绩效与减排绩效之间的关系;其次建立动态面板回归模型研究节能减排绩效和经济效益的协调性关系;最后对京津冀地区1995~2012年节能减排绩效及其与经济效益协调性进行测度研究,提出具体化建议。结论为京津冀地区减排绩效有较大提升空间,节能绩效提升空间较小。其中北京的节能减排绩效最好,天津次之,河北为差。
        Firstly, The paper analyzed the relationship between energy and resource savings performance and pollutant reductions performance; secondly, it considered the coordination of energy saving and emission reduction performance with economic benefits; finally, it measured energy saving and emission reduction performance and its coordination with economic benefit in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and made specific suggestions based on the analysis results. The results show that in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, there is more room to improve emissions performance than energy saving. And, Beijing's energy saving and emission reduction performance is the best, Tianjin followed, Hebei is worse.
