做好新时代西藏政协工作的根本遵循——深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于加强和改进人民政协工作的重要思想

摘要
习近平总书记关于加强和改进人民政协工作的重要思想,凝结着总书记对坚持好、发展好人民政协制度的深邃理论思考,是新时代西藏政协担当新使命新任务的根本遵循。西藏政协工作的特殊性源于西藏工作在党和国家工作大局中的特殊战略地位,主要体现在政协的工作对象、委员组成、履职重点、工作任务等方面。在新时代条件下,必须坚持以科学创新理论为指导,坚持党对政协工作的全面领导,坚持团结和民主两大主题,坚持双向发力,把凝聚思想政治共识、增进广泛团结作为工作主线,主动扛起"落实下去"和"凝聚起来"的政治责任,把各族各届团结在党的周围,包容共济、合作共事,助推西藏改革发展稳定大局。
General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on strengthening and improving the work of the CPPCC embodies his profound theoretical thinking on adhering to and developing the CPPCC system,which is the fundamental guidance of the new mission and task of the CPPCC in Tibet in the new era. Particularity of the work of the Tibetan CPPCC originates from its special strategic position in the overall situation of the work of the party and the nation,which is mainly reflected in the work objects,the composition of the members,the key points of performance and the tasks of the CPPCC. In the new era,we must persist in the guidance of scientific and innovative theory,the party's overall leadership over the CPPCC work and both unity and democracy,meanwhile insist on work bi-directional,and put the cohesion of political thoughts and enhancement of extensive solidarity as the main working task,also actively bear the political responsibilities of "carrying it out" and "cohesion",and unite all ethnic groups around the party. Tolerance,cooperation and work together to promote the overall situation of reform,development and stability in Tibet.
