摘要
动物应激是以细胞应激为生理基础的,因此动物应激的基础研究应以细胞应激机理的部分理论为依据,而细胞核信号转导机理正是构成细胞应激理论的重要内容之一。从分子水平变化的角度综述了各细胞应激活性分子如Nur77、NF-κB、HSP70和RIP3等的出入细胞核机制,并以此为基础提出部分细胞应激核信号转导机制的猜想,为动物生产抗应激理论研究和预防提供一定思路。
        The physiology of animal stress is based on cell stress,therefore,the mechanism of cell stress should belong to partly theory basis of animal stress,and the mechanism to nuclear signal transduction of cells is an important part in theory of cell stress.In this paper,it summarized the mechanism of bioactive molecules such as Nur77,NF-κB,HSP70,RIP3 and so on,which is in and out of nuclear in stress cell at the molecular level in this paper.As stated before,the conjecture on the partly mechanism to nuclear signal transduction of cells is proposed,which will provide some ideas in theory of the prevention research on stress during animal production.
