青少年网络成瘾与精神障碍研究现状
摘要
<正>网络已经成为青少年学习和娱乐的重要工具,为青少年探索世界和与他人进行交流提供了一种简单直接的方式~([1])。然而,网络在给青少年提供方便快捷的同时,过度使用所致网络成瘾现象已成为一个全球.性的突出精神卫生问题~([2-3])。青少年时期是培养良好生活和学习习惯的重要时期,也是各种心理行为问题频发、高发时期,这个时期的健康危险行为可能持续终身,对成人期健康构成重大威胁~([4-5])。因此,全面了解和分析青少年网络成瘾的流行特征与研究现状,解读发生的生物
