摘要
为使整车燃油系统碳氢化合物(HC)排放限值满足《轻型汽车污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第六阶段)》中涉及燃油系统的"2昼夜排放测试+热浸测试"HC限值(0.70 g/次)及加油污染物测试HC限值(0.05 g/L)的要求,对比了第五阶段与第六阶段法规中燃油系统的变化点。通过调整油箱阀门材质、更改油箱结构内置阀门、调整炭罐结构及调配炭粉组合等方法,有效控制了燃油系统HC的蒸发,从而满足整车总体HC排放的限值要求。
The vehicle fuel system HC emission limit should satisfy the requirements of "HC limits of two diurnal emission test +hot soaking test(0.70 g/test) and HC limit of refueling contaminant(0.05 g/L)"which is stipulated in"Limits and measurement methods for emissions from light-duty vehicles(China 6)". The change points for the fuel system in China 5 and China 6 are compared. HC evaporation can be decreased by changing the materials of fuel tank's valve, re-designing the structure of the fuel tank's valve, adjusting the canister's structure and re-mixing the carbon powder, meeting vehicle HC limits.
