摘要
矿热炉在生产高硅合金过程中,部分电极截面出现的黑色物质,经过检测分析证明,黑色物质具有石墨碳性质。探究其生成原理并提出了石墨碳的产生可以作为判断矿热炉炉温低或配炭量大的表征现象;同时分析了石墨碳的富集对电极的影响。
In the process of producing high-silicon alloys in submerged arc furnaces,black substances appearing in the cross sections of some electrodes have been proved through testing and analysis that the black substances have the property of graphite carbon. The generation principle of the graphite carbon was explored. And it proposed that this can be used as a characterization of the low temperature or high amount of carbon match in submerged arc furnace. At the same time,the effect of graphite carbon enrichment on the electrode was analyzed.
