摘要
针对立式旋压机纵向滑体的工作工况,设计开发了一种液压配重系统,首先设计液压配重系统原理图,根据工况要求选择了液压元器件,并阐述了系统功能组成和工作原理。应用AMESim软件建立液压配重系统仿真模型,在2种不同工况下运行仿真,得到了在2种不同工况下立式旋压机纵向滑体位移曲线和液压配重油缸的流量变化曲线,最后分析仿真曲线说明,所设计液压配重系统满足立式旋压机纵向滑体配重工况要求。
Considering the working condition of longitudinal sliding body of vertical spinning machine,the hydraulic counterweight circuit is described,the hydraulic counterweight circuit schematic is designed,the hydraulic components are selected according to working conditions,and the function and working principle of the system are expounded.The AMESim software is used to establish simulation model of hydraulic counterweight system,run the simulation under different operating conditions,and the simulation curve is got.The simulation curve shows that the designed hydraulic counterweight circuit meets the requirements of counterweight working conditions.
