摘要
目的建立HPLC测定退黄保肝胶囊中绿原酸、柚皮苷及新橙皮苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱:InertSustain C_(18) Superb(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(15:85);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长283 nm;柱温:35℃。结果 3种成分的线性关系均良好,绿原酸回归方程为Y=2×10~6X-523,r=0.9999,柚皮苷回归方程为Y=2×10~6X+388,r=0.9999,新橙皮苷回归方程为Y=2×10~6X+436,r=0.9996,回收率分别99.0%,99.3%,100.1%,RSD均低于2.0%。结论本方法简单快速,适用于测定退黄保肝胶囊中的绿原酸、柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量。
        Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, naringin and neohesperidin in Tuihuangbaogan Capsules by HPLC. Methods InertSustain C_(18) Superb(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm)was adopted, using acetonitrile-0.2 % phosphoric acid solution(15:85) as mobile phase, with a ?ow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 283 nm; the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results The linear relationships of the three components were good. The regression equation of chlorogenic acid was Y=2×10~6 X-523, r=0.9999;the regression equation of naringin was Y=2×10~6 X+388, r=0.9999; and the regression equation of neohesperidin was Y=2×10~6 X+436, r=0.9996. The recoveries were 99.0 %, 99.3 % and 100.1 %, respectively. The RSDs were lower than 2.0 %. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, and can be used to determine the contents of chlorogenic acid,naringin and neohesperidin in the Tuihuangbaogan Capsules.
