摘要
酞酸酯类化合物(phthalate esters,PAEs)目前已成为地球上存在最广泛的环境污染物之一,如何快速准确地定性定量检测环境中的PAEs显得尤为重要。由于环境样品基质的复杂性,在检测酞酸类化合物时需要进行样品前处理,主要包括提取、分离、纯化、浓缩等技术,来最大限度地提取目标物、降低干扰、提高检测灵敏度。因此酞酸酯类化合物的样品前处理技术已成为研究的重点。本文综述了国内外主要的环境激素酞酸酯类化合物的样品前处理技术,对固相萃取、固相微萃取和液相微萃取3种主要富集纯化技术分别进行了详细的介绍,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
        Phthalate esters(PAEs) have become one of the most extensive environmental pollutants on the earth, so it is very important to determine PAEs in the environment quickly and accurately. Due to the complexity of environmental sample matrix, sample preparation is necessary when detecting the phthalate esters, including extraction, separation, purification and concentration, which can maximize the extraction of the targets, minimize the interference and improve the detection sensitivity. Therefore, sample preparation on phthalate esters has become a research focal point. This paper reviewed the sample preparation techniques for analysis of phthalate esters in environment, including introduction of solid-phase extraction(SPE), solid-phase microextraction(SPME) and liquid phase microextraction(LPME), and prospected the development about preparation techniques for analysis of phthalate esters in the future.
