摘要
中介体复合物(Mediator Complex)是多蛋白复合物,在真核生物的转录装置中发挥着重要作用。中介体可参与调控植物的生长发育以及对非生物胁迫的响应。本文概述了中介体复合物的结构、命名方式和在转录调控中的功能,以及中介体参与植物对干旱、高盐、低温和渗透胁迫等环境下响应。
        Mediator Complex is a polyprotein complex,which plays an important role in eukaryotic transcription devices. Mediators are involved in regulating plant growth and development and in response to abiotic stresses. This paper summarizes the mediator's structure,nomenclature and functions in transcriptional regulation,and its participation in plant response to drought,high salinity,low temperature and osmotic stress.
