醒脾养儿颗粒联合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻的效果

摘要
目的分析醒脾养儿颗粒联合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻的效果。方法将105例消化不良性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为试验组(53例,醒脾养儿颗粒联合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗)和对照组(52例,单独醒脾养儿颗粒治疗)。比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率为96.23%,高于对照组的76.92%(P<0.05);试验组大便性状复常时间、腹泻、腹痛、腹胀消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿大便次数均减少,且试验组少于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应总发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论醒脾养儿颗粒联合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻的效果显著,可缩短临床症状消退时间,减少大便次数,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of Xingpi Yanger granule combined with clostridium butyricum viable powder on pediatric dyspeptic diarrhea. Methods A total of 105 cases of children with dyspeptic diarrhea were selected as the study objects, they were divided into experimental group(53 cases, treated with Xingpi Yanger granule combined with clostridium butyricum viable powder) and control group(52 cases, treated with Xingpi Yanger granule alone) according to the random number table method. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.23%, which was higher than 76.92% in the control group(P<0.05). The recovery time of stool characteristics, the regression time of diarrhea, abdominal pain and abdominal distension in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the times of stools decreased in both groups, and that in the experimental group was less than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Xingpi Yanger granule combined with clostridium butyricum viable powder has a significant effect on pediatric dyspeptic diarrhea. It can shorten the time of clinical symptoms regression and decrease the time of stools. It is worth popularizing and applying.
