酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合蓝光照射治疗36例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿的疗效观察

摘要
目的:探究酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸患儿的疗效。方法:选取我院新生儿病理性黄疸108例患儿,依据治疗方案不同分为A、B、C三组,各36例。A组予以蓝光照射治疗,B组给予酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗,C组给予蓝光照射+酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗。统计对比三组临床疗效及治疗前后血清总胆红素(Tbil)水平。结果:C组临床治疗总有效率94.44%(34/36)高于A组72.22%(26/36)、B组75.00%(27/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1d、2d、4d时,C组血清Tbil水平低于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌散与蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸患儿,可明显降低血清Tbil水平,临床效果显著。
        Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Clostridium butyricum conjugated live bacillus combined with blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice. Methods: 108 children with neonatal pathological jaundice were enrolled in our hospital. According to different treatment options, they were divided into three groups: A, B and C with 36 cases in each group. Group A was treated with blue light, group B was treated with Clostridium butyricum and live bacteria, and group C was given blue light + Clostridium butyricum treatment. The clinical efficacy of the three groups and the serum total bilirubin(Tbil) levels before and after treatment were statistically compared. Results: The total effective rate of clinical treatment in group C was 94.44%(34/36)), which was significantly higher than 72.22%(26/36) in group A and 75.00%(27/36) in group B. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In 1d, 2 d, and 4 d, serum Tbil levels in group C were significantly lower than those in group A and B, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combined with Clostridium butyricum and live blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice, serum Tbil levels can be significantly reduced, and the clinical effect is significant.
