摘要
本试验旨在研究饲料中添加谷胱甘肽对花鲈幼鱼生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响。选用初始体重为(12.56±0.12) g的花鲈600尾,随机分为6个组,每组4个重复,每个重复25尾鱼。对照组饲喂基础饲料,试验组饲喂在基础饲料中分别添加100、300、400、500和700 mg/kg谷胱甘肽的试验饲料。试验期56 d。结果表明:1)各组间生长性能和常规营养成分指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,100 mg/kg组血清葡萄糖和尿素氮含量以及700 mg/kg组血清葡萄糖含量及谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活性均显著升高(P <0.05)。3)与对照组相比,500和700 mg/kg组血清总抗氧化能力、谷胱甘肽含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性以及各试验组血清谷胱甘肽巯基转移酶活性均显著升高(P <0. 05)。4)与对照组相比,300和400 mg/kg组肝脏超氧化物歧化酶活性以及100、400、500和700 mg/kg组肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均显著升高(P<0.05),100和700 mg/kg组肝脏谷胱甘肽巯基转移酶活性显著降低(P<0.05)。5)与对照组相比,300 mg/kg组肝脏白细胞介素-6含量显著升高(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲料中添加谷胱甘肽可提高花鲈血清和肝脏一些抗氧化指标,但对于部分抗氧化指标和肝脏炎症因子指标却呈负面影响。因此,在本试验基础饲料条件下,花鲈饲料中应当慎重添加谷胱甘肽。
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary glutathione on growth performance,serum biochemical indices and antioxidant capacity of juvenile Lateolabrax japonicus. A total of 600 Lateolabrax japonicus with initial body weight of( 12.56±0.12) g were randomly divided into 6 groups with 4 replicates per group and 25 fish per replicate. Fish in the control group were fed a basal diet,and the others in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 100,300,400,500 and 700 mg/kg glutathione,respectively. The trial lasted for 56 days. The results showed as follows: 1) there were no significant differences in growth performance and routine nutritional component indices among all groups( P > 0.05). 2)Compared with the control group,the contents of glucose and urea nitrogen in serum in 100 mg/kg group and the glucose content and aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase activities in serum in 700 mg/kg group were significantly increased( P < 0. 05). 3) Compared with the control group,the serum total antioxidant,glutathione content and glutathione perxidase activity in 500 and 700 mg/kg groups and the serum glutathione transferase activity in all experimental groups were significantly increased( P<0.05). 4) Compared with the control group,the liver superoxide dismutase activity in 300 and 400 mg/kg groups and the liver glutathione perxidase activity in 100,400,500 and 700 mg/kg groups were significantly increased( P < 0.05),and the liver glutathione transferase activity in 100 and 700 mg/kg groups was significantly decreased( P < 0.05).5) Compared with the control group,the liver interleukin-6 content in 300 mg/kg group was significantly increased( P<0.05). In conclusion,dietary glutathoine can improve the antioxidant indices in serum and liver of Lateolabrax japonicus,but it has a negative impact on some antioxidant indexes and liver inflammatory factors.Therefore,under the condition of the basal diet in this experiment,glutathione should be carefully added into the diet of Lateolabrax japonicus.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2019,31(7):3207-3217]
