摘要
通过彩化的方法对化学镀Ni-P水曲柳单板进行色度变化处理,研究发现了最佳的彩化条件为钼酸铵浓度0.30g/L,次亚磷酸钠浓度0.9g/L,彩化温度85℃,彩化时间20min。彩化过程对镀层的表面形貌无明显影响,并且钼酸铵与镀层中的组分发生了化学反应。该研究为开拓木材化学镀产品的应用领域提供了新思路,并为其后续的实际生产提供了一定的理论依据。
The color of electroless plating Ni-P ash veneer changed through colorization method.The optimum colorization conditions were as follows:ammonium molybdate concentration was 0.30 g/L,sodium hypophosphite concentration was 0.9 g/L,colorization temperature was 85 ~oC and colorization time was 20 min.The coloration process did not obviously affected the surface morphology of the coating.Whereas,ammonium molybdate reacted with the components in the coating.The study broadened the application fields of wood electroless plating products and provided some theoretical basis for the subsequent actual production.
