摘要
NH_2-MIL-125(Ti)/TiO_2,NH_2-MIL-125(Ti)作为一种MOFs材料修饰TiO_2,利用简单水热法合成。NH_2-MIL-125(Ti)/TiO_2纳米复合材料分散液通过滴涂法修饰到玻碳电极表面制备电化学传感器,在可见光的照射下,以电流-时间曲线法研究稀禾啶在NH_2-MIL-125(Ti)/TiO_2纳米复合材料修饰玻碳电极上的光电化学行为。偏置电压、缓冲液p H等实验参数被优化。在最佳实验条件下,构建了灵敏检测土壤中稀禾啶的光电化学传感器,该传感器对稀禾啶响应的线性范围在2. 0×10~(-7)~2. 5×10~(-5)mol/L,检出限8. 0×10~(-9)mol/L,回收率为94. 0%~102. 0%。
        TiO_2/NH_2-MIL-125( Ti),a metal-organic framework( MOF) modified with TiO_2,was synthesized via simple solvothermal method. Preparation of electrochemical sensor for NH_2-MIL-125( Ti)/TiO_2 nanocomposite dispersion by droplet coating to the surface of glassy carbon electrode. Under the irradiation of visible light,the current-time curve method was used to study the photoelectrochemical behavior of sethoxydim on glassy carbon electrode modified by TiO_2/NH_2-MIL-125( Ti). Experimental parameters such as bias voltage,buffer p H were optimized. Under the optimal experimental conditions,a photoelectrochemical sensor for sensitive detection of sethoxydim in soil was constructed. The linear range of the sensor response to dilute pyridine was 2. 0 × 10~(-7)~ 2. 5 × 10~(-5) mol/L,and the detection limit was 8. 0 × 10~(-9) mol/L. The recoveries were 94. 0% ~ 102. 0%.
