摘要
涤纶主要成分为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,也同时存在砌入大分子结构的异质链节和游离于大分子之外的齐聚物。再生涤纶制备过程会引起大分子异质链节和齐聚物含量以及分布的变化。通过对涤纶样品解聚或萃取等前处理方法,获得含有大分子异质链节或齐聚物的溶液,再经高效液相色谱测试,检测信号即可反映大分子异质链节和齐聚物的分布曲线,探寻能够反映再生涤纶和原生涤纶差异的停留时间段的信号强弱,达到再生涤纶的定性鉴别目的。该方法突破了国内外通过间苯二甲酸单元和聚集态结构等检测方法应用范围极其狭窄的技术瓶颈。
